Banyan Capital Group was founded by Chad and CJ Buchta — a father-son team with firsthand experience building, scaling, and successfully exiting businesses.
Chad is a proven entrepreneur and operator. He founded and served as CEO of a packaging manufacturing company, growing it over two decades before leading a successful sale to a multi-billion dollar acquirer. His experience spans company formation, operational leadership, team development, and M&A execution.
CJ contributes a background in sales and business development within the packaging industry, with a focus on relationship management and revenue growth.
Together, we established Banyan Capital Group to acquire businesses where our operational expertise and long-term orientation can drive meaningful value creation.
