We are operators. Our team has built businesses from the ground up, navigated difficult markets, managed real teams, and executed a successful exit to a major strategic acquirer. That experience is not a credential — it’s our operating manual.

When Banyan acquires a business, a partner steps into an active leadership role. We take majority ownership and we take responsibility. We work alongside the existing team, respect what’s been built, and bring the resources, relationships, and long-term commitment to take it further — together.

We don’t think the traditional private equity model serves business owners well. So we built something different.
